Eslöv Municipality is seeking a Software System Developer for the Digitalization Department with a focus on Microsoft Power Platform. The role combines technical development with business understanding and is suitable for those who want to work closely with users and take responsibility for solutions used in everyday life.

Your mission

You will work on developing, managing, and further developing apps, flows, and automated solutions that support the municipality's operations. The mission is both practical and advisory – from needs analysis and solution design to implementation and management.

In the role, you will among other things:

• develop Power Apps and Power Automate flows based on the needs of the operations
• contribute to structure, governance, and best practices within Microsoft Power Platform
• work with integrations, permissions, and information security
• support operations in how digital solutions can be used and further developed
• collaborate with colleagues in IT, digitalization, and operations

The work is carried out in close dialogue with users and clients, which requires both technical competence and the ability to understand and translate business needs.

Your background

We are looking for someone who has:

• several years of experience in system development, automation, or business-related IT development
• practical experience with Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• experience working with flows, apps, and automated processes
• understanding of structure, management, and security in digital solutions

It is an advantage if you also have:

• experience with integrations to other systems
• worked in a larger organization or public sector
• interest in how AI features can be used in business-related contexts
