About the Position
The assignment starts immediately and is expected to last for 6 months with the possibility of extension. The assignment is due to a parental leave at the client. The position involves overall responsibility for the local IT environment on-site. You are the one who ensures that everyday operations run smoothly for end-users – from workplaces and conference rooms to client equipment and printers.
The role is operational, hands-on, and requires physical presence. You work closely with the business and are a key person in ensuring a stable, secure, and efficient IT environment. Support is not just about solving problems, but about preventing them!
Your Main Responsibilities
As an Onsite Support Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Providing local IT support when remote support is insufficient
- Installing, configuring, and delivering computers, phones, and other client-related IT equipment
- Ensuring that hardware registers and documentation are accurate and up-to-date
- Managing VIP cases with high demands on pace, quality, and service
- Working systematically with troubleshooting and incident management
- Documenting cases, guides, and instructions in case and knowledge systems
- Supporting colleagues who are not on-site, for example during operational disruptions or security incidents
- Being responsible for support of conference rooms and printers
- Contributing to maintaining high quality in the local Onsite delivery across all areas of responsibility

- Experience from larger organizations with complex IT environments is a merit.
It is a must that you have:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Experience with documentation and administrative handling within IT
- A valid driver's license (B)
Other
The position is security classified. This means that employment requires a successful security clearance according to the Security Protection Act. In some cases, there may be requirements for specific citizenship.
