Regionfastigheter develops and manages Region Skåne's properties – focusing on creating safe, functional, and sustainable environments for residents and employees.

Right now, Region Skåne is making the largest investments ever in Skåne's hospital areas. We are developing complex construction projects in sensitive healthcare environments – always with the highest demands on operational reliability. At the same time, we are expanding the infrastructure for public transport with new service depots for buses and trains.

The technical area consists of about 50 employees and is divided into three units: Technical management, Property information, and Technical development. Property information manages and communicates building technical information, as-built documents, and operation and maintenance documents. In the unit, we are twelve employees working with the management of the properties' digital information and documentation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Information management is a central function within the management organization and supports several different operational and financial functions related to daily operations.

As an information manager, you are responsible for administering, distributing, and continuously improving the archive of technical property information.

Your main responsibility is to manage the property's technical information, drawings, and CAD/BIM models, with the aim of maintaining good quality of information in the management systems. You achieve this through close collaboration with the operations and project organization where your task is to follow up on set requirements, administer incoming documents, perform change work, and prioritize and invest in improvement efforts.

In your daily work, you are responsible for large archives of property information where your administrative skills and your knowledge of handling IT system connections are crucial. This is combined with work in CAD software such as AutoCAD where you carry out change work. Overall, you are an expert in your area of responsibility and support colleagues in various operational areas daily with questions related to IT systems and the archive of property information with drawings and CAD/BIM models.

We are a total of 13 people in the property information unit with roles in information management and information coordination. You work closely with the other information managers in the unit. Together with them, you are tasked with conducting continuous improvement work and developing both working methods and the use of IT systems.

Your primary workplace is in Malmö, in our premises at Dockplatsen 26. Travel within Skåne may occur.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with education focused on technology or property, or equivalent skills acquired through further education and work experience that the employer deems equivalent. You have experience with technical drawings for construction and property in your education or through work. You should also have experience with the CAD software AutoCAD. It is an advantage if you have experience using file-based database systems where you have worked with file management and metadata setups. Your computer skills are at an expert level, and you enjoy learning new IT systems, especially CAD and BIM software. You have no difficulties learning and teaching knowledge within your area of responsibility.

As a person, we believe you are secure, stable, and have good self-awareness. You are self-driven, organize your commitments, and can prioritize among activities while also finding new approaches. You have good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, and express yourself well.
