We are now looking for a Junior AI/ML Engineer for an exciting consulting assignment with a global industrial company that is currently scaling its AI capabilities. This assignment is suitable for you who want to work hands-on with AI/ML and generative AI in real applications and who want to develop alongside experienced AI engineers.

In this assignment, you will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven applications across various use cases. You will work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams, focusing on the practical application of AI rather than pure research.

Your work will include:

• Development and training of ML models

• Data preparation and experimentation

• Building Python-based backend services

• Integration and use of AI services in applications

• Contributing to the deployment of AI solutions in a cloud environment

• 3–5 years of experience in AI/ML or software development with an AI focus

• Very good knowledge of Python

• Understanding of basic ML/DL concepts

• Experience in data preprocessing and model training

• Interest in Generative AI and applied AI solutions

• Experience in building or consuming AI services

• Basic experience with Python backend (preferably FastAPI)

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

• Serverless environments (Azure Functions, AWS Lambda)

• Previous work with deployment of AI solutions

• Hands-on, curious, and willing to learn

• Team player who enjoys collaborating with senior profiles

• Communicative and receptive to feedback

• Solution-oriented and proactive

• Start: February 23, 2026

• Assignment length: 6 months (possibility of extension)
