NOTE is one of Northern Europe's leading partners for electronics manufacturing and is currently in a major expansion phase. NOTE manufactures printed circuit boards (PCBA), partial assemblies, and complete products (box build). The customer offering covers the entire product lifecycle, from design to after-sales. NOTE is established in Sweden, Finland, England, Estonia, Bulgaria, and China. In spring 2026, NOTE Lund will move to a newly built factory in Lund.

Job responsibilities

As an IT Technician at NOTE, your main task is to provide local support to employees in Lund, where you handle troubleshooting, networking, user support, and IT-related assistance. In addition, you will participate in cases and projects from other parts of the organization.

The role has a strong operational focus close to the local production processes. With your knowledge, you will suggest preventive measures that strengthen delivery reliability, stability, and minimize risks.

You will be part of an international team of nine people in Sweden, Finland, Estonia, and China, who together provide support to NOTE's internal users.

Your tasks will include:

• Responsible for the operation of production-related IT within NOTE Lund (client/server/network) and associated services

• Manage and ensure functioning backups

• Participate in change and implementation projects, as well as contribute input to policies and strategies

• Document, control, analyze, and continuously ensure that the IT environment meets requirements, standards, and delivers the right quality

• Contribute to ensuring that systems have the availability agreed upon with business and process owners

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Experience working as an IT Technician in a similar role with a good understanding of IT infrastructure

• Good experience in configuring/installing networks equivalent to CCNA/CCNP and firewalls

• Experience with Microsoft products including Active Directory and related services (DNS, DHCP, File/Print), as well as M365. Knowledge of EntraID is a plus

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
