Primary Care Skåne is now looking for a project manager for Digital Development and Business Support, a key role in the development of the future digital primary care. Primary Care Skåne is Region Skåne's publicly operated primary care with approximately 3,500 employees. We provide healthcare as well as research and education within Health Choice Skåne, and work every day to offer high-quality close care throughout life.

Digital Development and Business Support offers a wide and specialized support within several domains and simultaneously drives Primary Care Skåne's digital development forward. Our office is located at Medicon Village in Lund, where you will be part of a competent and committed organization with around 80 colleagues who in various ways lead and support the operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will drive exciting projects and assignments where digital components form a natural thread. Our services are used daily by residents, patients, and employees, which places high demands on stability, quality, and usability. It is also crucial that Primary Care Skåne's digital services are designed based on the user's needs, regardless of digital maturity.

In this role, you are expected to capture, analyze, and structure the needs of the organization and ensure that they are translated into appropriate and coordinated digital solutions. The assignment is both operational and tactical; you work closely with the deliveries while contributing to long-term development.

Your assignment encompasses a broad arena of internal and external partners. We expect you to navigate the complex landscape of the public sector and always keep the big picture in focus. You act as a central link between the operations and support functions and ensure that the right issues are handled by the right instance to create real benefits.

Furthermore, your tasks include:

• Leading and driving projects and assignments related to digital services
• Conducting needs and requirements analyses
• Ensuring high-quality deliveries within the agreed time and scope
• Capturing, analyzing, and structuring the organization's needs and requirements
• Ensuring that digital solutions create clear benefits for the organization, residents, and patients
• Being responsible for the management and further development of existing e-services in the basic offering
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders at both local and regional levels
• Contributing to the development of working methods, collaboration, and digital competence within the organization
• Continuously following up and evaluating benefits and effects

You report to the head of Digitalization and Business Support. The position is based in Lund, and travel within the primary care area may occur.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a confident, humble, and driven project manager with strong delivery capability. You thrive in an environment where collaboration, structure, and development go hand in hand. Additionally, you are responsible, trust-building, and make things happen through collaboration rather than formal control. You also thrive in complex contexts and have the ability to see the big picture while working in a structured and solution-oriented manner.

Regarding formal qualifications, you have:

• Education and certification in project management
• Good knowledge of and experience with various project methodologies and tools

It is advantageous if you have experience in project management, digital services, or business development within healthcare. Additionally, it is valuable if you have experience implementing digital solutions in healthcare or working in large and complex organizations. However, we place great emphasis on personal suitability, motivation, and development potential.
