On behalf of our client, we are now looking for an IT Business Analyst for Group IT. In the role of IT Business Analyst, you work in the interface between business and IT. You have a background in requirements management and broad IT knowledge, as well as a clear interest in the needs and drivers of the business.

You will work with feasibility studies and implementations within infrastructure, IT systems, or business transformation. The role involves a lot of collaboration and dialogue with various stakeholders, where you analyze data, requirements, ideas, and organizations to create well-founded and sustainable solutions.

You will be part of a team of Business Analysts working on many different types of assignments. The group is characterized by collaboration, development, and a desire to grow together, where everyone contributes.

• Translate goals and ideas into manageable assignments
• Conduct feasibility studies
• Initiate projects and capture basic requirements
• Lead requirements work towards verifiable and unambiguous requirements
• Collaborate closely with architects, team leads, Scrum Masters, project managers, and business experts
• Work on assignments that vary in scope, time, and complexity

You should have:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Relevant academic degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with larger initiatives at the interface between business and IT
• The ability to network and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels
• Experience leading and driving workshops
• Experience developing or creating new processes
• Knowledge of agile methods and experience working in an agile manner
• Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English

Location: Malmö
This is a fixed-term employment with NXT Interim Malmö AB for the period of February 2026 - December 2026. We apply collective agreements. The position is subject to security clearance requirements according to applicable security protection regulations. This may involve requirements for approved background checks and, in some cases, specific citizenship requirements.
