You will step into an onsite IT technician role within IT and Tech support where you need to have knowledge of troubleshooting Azure, Intune, and O365. You will work onsite at the office in Copenhagen 3 days a week, while the remaining 2 days are remote, and you will have a team that you collaborate with remotely. There are 10 people based in Stockholm, and it is a team where everyone helps and supports each other through thick and thin.

You will be working with troubleshooting and problem-solving within IT support. Issues can range from assisting with computers, mobile phones, tablets, and screens. The cases at the onsite in Copenhagen concern IT problems such as hardware, peripherals, and conference rooms.

The client supports users in the restaurant industry - a large, well-known fast-food chain.

We are looking for a service-oriented support technician with experience in customer interaction and basic IT knowledge (Azure, Intune, O365). You will work both onsite and remote, with independent responsibility for support and problem-solving.

• You have previous experience in IT support

• You have experience with Azure, Intune, and O365

• You are fluent in Swedish and Danish

• Previous onsite experience

• Experience in customer-facing roles (such as cashier, service, restaurant)

As a person, you can work varied hours, you are passionate about service and helping people. You have no problem speaking on the phone or meeting users face-to-face. You have the ability to work independently.

Copenhagen 3 days/week, remaining remote.

Weekdays Monday-Friday, daytime. Full-time averaging 40 hours/week.
