WeMind places great importance on empirical and evidence-based treatment, and the psychologist's role is central in ensuring our patients receive evidence-based care processes and regular follow-ups.

As a psychologist, you will primarily work with assessment, treatment, and investigation. Assessments are conducted as part of baseline investigations for patients who are new to the clinic, as well as before patients participate in various types of interventions and in connection with renewed care planning. Psychological treatment is a very important part of the role and includes everything from shorter psychoeducational interventions in groups to longer and more intensive individual CBT treatments for severe psychiatric conditions.

You will work in a team and closely collaborate with other professional groups. The psychologist has a significant opportunity to shape the content of their work by, for example, focusing more on CBT treatment or neuropsychiatric investigations based on their own interests and expertise.

Outside of clinical work, the psychologist plays an important role by being trained to think according to scientific methodology, which makes psychologists often skilled at adopting and developing methods and processes at the clinic.

WeMind Tyresö is a general psychiatric clinic responsible for all specialized outpatient psychiatry for the residents of Tyresö municipality. We offer a well-structured workplace with high job satisfaction, short decision-making paths, and close leadership.

• Licensed psychologist, preferably with experience working in psychiatry

• Strong interest in and education in CBT for various psychiatric diagnoses.

• Experience and interest in neuropsychiatric investigations and personality assessments.
