Capio S:t Görans Hospital

At Capio S:t Görans Hospital, you work at the center of events, in a 'just right' sized hospital with a strong sense of community, about 2,500 proud employees, and satisfied patients. We are a hospital with high quality, a well-functioning organization with short decision-making paths and managers who are present in everyday life. We always want to develop, provide better and more efficient care to patients, but also take care of you, value your ideas, your skills, and help you grow.

About us

We are a large, wonderful group of physiotherapists working in paramedicine at Capio S:t Görans Hospital, and together we have a broad competence and support each other. We are employed at the Medicine Clinic but work across several clinics (medicine, cardiology, emergency, anesthesia, neurology, surgery, and oncology). One of our physiotherapists will go on parental leave, and we are now looking for a replacement for her. You will be responsible for a medicine department. We also think that you will have outpatient care in cardiology. There are good opportunities to try different areas, for example, by working in various clinics. We have grown as a hospital but have maintained the 'S:t Göran feeling' and have fun together within the team.

Your role

In the department, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team and make assessments and carry out treatments. To meet patients at different stages, we usually combine inpatient and outpatient care. In outpatient care, we have clinics and group training in oncology and cardiology. After you have been part of us for a few months, we believe you will be ready to join our weekend duty. Supervising students is part of our mission, and we often hear from students that the supervision has been good. At Capio S:t Görans Hospital, we work with continuous improvement – Lean – which we hope you want to be a part of.

This is how we experience our job:

'Very varied tasks, you have to think, not predictable!'

'A friendly hospital with a family atmosphere'

'Short decision-making paths, opportunity to drive development work'

We offer you

  • Present manager

  • Professional development including internal training every other week

  • Breakfast every Friday

  • Introduction of a colleague

  • An inclusive workplace where we learn from each other

About you

We are looking for a licensed physiotherapist who is easy to collaborate with others and get things done. You are comfortable handling different kinds of people and can easily adapt to new circumstances. Experience in emergency care is an advantage.

Conditions Full-time temporary position for about 11 months starting 260518.

Application:

We review applications continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. If you have questions about the position, please do not hesitate to contact Anneli Norevik. We warmly welcome your application!
