ASIH Sollentuna is part of Aleris Närsjukvård and offers advanced home healthcare to severely ill patients. Our mission is to enable patients to receive safe and high-quality care in their own homes – around the clock, all year round.

Our patients often have complex care needs, and our target group includes individuals in palliative stages, patients undergoing advanced cancer treatment, heart failure, COPD, and other chronic conditions.

The Role

As a nurse with us, you will work independently and in a team with advanced home healthcare. You will meet patients with often complex and varying needs – e.g., in palliative care, oncology, heart failure, and infection treatment.

The work involves assessment, planning, and implementation of medical interventions in consultation with the rest of the team and sometimes in close dialogue with relatives. You will have a close collaboration with your colleagues, and together we create safety and quality for patients in their own homes.

We work with good continuity and a high patient focus, where there is room for personal initiatives and a solution-focused approach. The work is varied and gives you the opportunity to develop both professionally and personally.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed nurse

• Has a few years of professional experience, preferably from ASIH, palliative care, oncology, or home healthcare

• Enjoys independent and flexible work

• Is confident in your professional role, solution-focused, and has good collaboration skills

• Has a valid driver's license (requirement)

We place great importance on personal qualities and are looking for someone who is engaged, curious, and has a genuine interest in providing good and safe care at home.
