We are currently looking for female assistants for a teenage girl in Norrtälje.

About the position

Personal assistance is a service according to LSS (The Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons). The work includes tasks as a personal assistant, where you provide individual support and care, contributing to a meaningful everyday life.

As my assistant, you are an important support in my daily life. I am a cheerful and stubborn girl with interests in series, YouTube, listening to music, and I enjoy manga books, baking, crafting, swimming, and taking walks in my wheelchair.

Due to an acquired brain injury, I cannot communicate verbally. Instead, I use sounds, body language, and facial expressions. It is important for me to be understood and to have good communication with the person working with me. There is a cat at home.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Personal hygiene
• Dressing/undressing
• Tube feeding
• Exercise
• Health and care-related tasks

About you

For this position, you need:

• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Computer skills

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Experience from the profession

You have good collaboration skills, create good relationships, and enjoy working in a team consisting of various professions and personalities. In challenging situations, you remain calm, stable, and controlled, focusing on the right things.

You are engaged, have the ability to see connections, and try to understand how different parts of my daily life affect each other.
