At Forenede Care, we are looking for you as a nursing assistant/caregiver who wants to work during all or part of the summer at our cozy nursing home, Magnoliagården.

As a nursing assistant/caregiver with us at Forenede Care, you will provide good care, service, and support to our residents.

Magnoliagården is a special accommodation focused on somatic care and dementia, with 75 places.

Magnoliagården is operated on behalf of Staffanstorp Municipality. On-site, there are a manager, unit manager, group leaders, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, nurse, Life Inspiration facilitator, cleaners, property managers, and many dedicated nursing assistants and caregivers.

In the role of nursing assistant with us, you will perform care and support based on the customer's wishes and in accordance with applicable assistance decisions, with a strong focus on quality. This includes performing personal hygiene, assisting with meal preparation and serving, responding to alarms, and social interaction. Social interaction may involve conversations, games, cycling tours, music activities, or similar. You will also perform delegated tasks from licensed staff in the form of medication administration and training.

As a summer substitute and fixed-term employee with us, you have good chances of getting new substitute positions or permanent employment.

Job Description

We are currently looking for several colleagues for fixed-term employment over both the summer and the remaining parts of the year.

To be considered for the position, you need to:

• Have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form

We also see it as an advantage if you have training as a nursing assistant and previous experience in elderly care and dementia care.
