Our client is a manufacturing company with strong brands and a long tradition. They are market leaders in their manufacturing industry and offer products that stand for quality, sustainability, and reliability. With both Swedish and international customers, they are in an exciting growth phase and are now looking for a production planner who wants to be part of the journey forward.

As a production planner, you will be the hub in the planning and management of production. You will work closely with production, purchasing, and logistics to ensure that orders are delivered on time and according to customer requirements.

Your main tasks include:

• Create and optimize production plans based on capacity and order flow

• Ensure material availability – coordinate with purchasing and inventory

• Ongoing monitoring and reconciliation of production status

• Handle production-related issues and quickly find solutions

• Participate in improvement projects for processes and flows

• Communicate with internal departments and external suppliers for smooth coordination

The work is based at the office in Kungsbacka, with working hours from 07:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility.

You will be employed by Effektiv and work as a consultant at the client company. The assignment is for a parental leave with a start date soon according to agreement.

In addition to having experience in planning, we are looking for a structured and analytical problem solver, with a desire to support production effectively. Furthermore, you are used to taking responsibility and thrive in a role where you can influence. Communication is one of your strengths, both internally and externally. While you are easy to collaborate with, you have a flexible attitude and a strong sense of engagement and ownership.

Furthermore, we believe that you:

• Have experience in production planning, logistics, or similar from previous roles

• Have good experience working in business systems

• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English

• Have a driver's license
