Job Description

As a nurse at Humana Sjöstadsgården, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, following up, and evaluating nursing measures. You are also an important part of the operation and in the function of guiding the nursing staff.

Examples of tasks

• Perform independent assessments, medical treatments, and nursing interventions

• Manage and follow up documentation and deviations

• Work in teams with other professionals

About the employment

Working hours and degree of employment: The positions are part-time/full-time from June to August and involve daytime work with working hours scheduled between 07:00 and 17:00, as well as work at least one weekend every five weeks. Together, we will plan a schedule that suits both you and the operation.

Salary: Salary is according to agreement and other compensations are according to collective agreements.

Start date: According to agreement

Who are you?

For this position, you need to be a licensed nurse with experience in elderly care. As a person, you are independent, solution-oriented, organized, and responsible.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed nurse with at least 3 years of experience

• Has knowledge of documenting in journal systems, preferably VODOK

• Possesses good skills in Swedish, both spoken and written

• Has good collaboration skills

It is meritorious if you have:

• Experience working in elderly care or specialization in geriatrics

• Experience working with people with dementia

• Experience from operations run privately

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you can present valid ID and any documents that support your right to work in Sweden.
