Health Center Säter is looking for a licensed psychologist or a conversation therapist with step 1 training in CBT and an interest in, and preferably experience of, working in primary care. We are one of the Region's health centers and we have just over 9,200 registered patients. About 50 friendly and dedicated employees with various professions work with us; doctors, nurses, social workers, midwives, district nurses, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, assistants, managers, conversation therapists, receptionists, rehabilitation coordinators, and physiotherapists.

The work mainly involves assessment and treatment of patients with various types of mental health issues. The approach is primary care-oriented, focusing on making high-quality interventions available to many. The work is stimulating with great opportunities for variation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and development work. We place great importance on personal suitability and good collaborative skills with a positive attitude towards both patients and colleagues. We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to our continued development, and we value everyone's ideas for improving and developing our working methods. We would like you to have an interest in working with patients in groups. Currently, we can offer ACT groups but would like to develop this type of patient work together with conversation therapists at our conversation reception. A good working environment with everyone's participation is important to us. Our goal is for you to thrive, feel joy at work, and be able to develop on the job - then we believe it will be at its best. The work is scheduled during daytime hours from Monday to Friday.

Requirements:

  • You must be a licensed psychologist or conversation therapist with step-1 training in CBT.
  • You have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.

You are interested in the primary care perspective where both quality and accessibility are in focus. We offer digital solutions for our patients, and we would like you to have curiosity in this area. We would also like you to have experience working with the Cosmic journal system. Personal suitability is of great importance.
