At Forenede Care, we are looking for you who are a nursing assistant or caregiver and want to work during

all or part of the summer at our cozy nursing home Norshöjden!

As staff at Forenede Care, you will provide good care, service, and support

to our residents.

Every day at Forenede Care, you help shape the future of elderly care together with

knowledgeable and dedicated colleagues.

Norshöjden is a special accommodation focused on dementia care and has 62 places, located

across 8 different departments.

Norshöjden is situated about two kilometers outside central Falun. In the surrounding area, there are forests with

plenty of walking paths.

In the role of nursing assistant/caregiver with us, you will provide care and support

based on the customer's wishes, and in accordance with applicable assistance decisions with a strong focus on

quality. This is done, for example, by performing personal hygiene, assisting with meal preparation

and serving, responding to alarms, and social interaction. Social interaction can include

conversations, games, bike rides, music activities, or similar. You will also perform

delegated tasks from licensed staff in the form of medication administration and

training.

As a summer substitute with us, you have good chances of getting new temporary positions or permanent employment.

We are currently looking for several colleagues for full-time or part-time summer positions starting on 2025-06-01

or preferably earlier for the best possible introduction.

To be considered for the position, you need:

Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form

We also see it as an advantage if you have previous experience in elderly care and

dementia care.

To thrive in the role, you care about your fellow human beings, are good at building relationships, have

a strong commitment, and are service-oriented. With us, we work both in teams and independently,

so it is important that you are comfortable in that environment.
