About the Position

We are looking for someone to work as a chef at Tilt — and it’s a big plus if you also have experience in service or the bar. The role primarily involves cooking and working in the kitchen, but you will also support the bar or serving when needed. You will be an important part of our team and contribute to providing guests with a complete experience.

The position is 75%.

Your main responsibilities

• Prepare food according to our menus.
• Ensure high quality in the kitchen and maintain order and good hygiene.
• Assist with serving and bar service (drinks, orders, guest contact) as needed.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in the kitchen, bar, and service.
• Help create a positive experience for our guests.

We are looking for someone who

(Strongly meriting)

• Has experience as a chef or in a kitchen environment — preferably at least 1–2 years.
• Has previous experience from bar, serving, or restaurant service.
• Can work flexibly with varying hours (evenings and weekends).
• Has a genuine interest in cooking, service, and guest interaction.

(Meriting)

• Good stress resistance and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
