In the role of Head Waiter, you will be responsible for finances, scheduling, and ensuring that daily operations align with our goals and maintain the standard of delivering the best service. You will also be responsible for ensuring that operations are carried out with the highest possible quality, efficiency, guest satisfaction, and profitability. You are the guests' primary contact during their visit and a natural leader for our team of service staff. To fit into this role, you need to be a strong leader who both delegates and takes significant personal responsibility. Furthermore, you need to have the ability to oversee the restaurant as a whole while quickly switching between tasks to be present where you are needed. In the role of Head Waiter, you are operationally responsible and actively participate in making all our guests' visits fantastic from start to finish.
This role will require a lot of work, and being stress-resistant and solution-oriented is a must. For the right person, it will be both developing, rewarding, and above all, very fun. Working hours are evenings and weekends.
Additionally, tasks include:
- Overseeing upcoming bookings
- Staying updated on the financial situation and actively working to optimize orders and inventory to create good financial results.
- Facilitating good communication with the kitchen
