Do you want to work extra in the kitchen at Ellery Beach House?

At Ellery Beach House, things are happening – all year round! We are a large team with a strong sense of community, high ambitions, and lots of joy in food. We are now looking for extra staff for the kitchen who want to help create memorable experiences for our guests – whether it’s sunny summer days, lively weekends, or wonderful evening services.

With us, hotel life meets beach vibes and two unique restaurant concepts:

• Palmers – Mediterranean-inspired food with vibes from Nice, the Amalfi Coast, and the lively markets of Tel Aviv

• Coco Beach Club – relaxed, colorful, and full of flavors from South and Central America

We are looking for someone who wants to work extra as needed – perhaps alongside studies, another job, or just because you love kitchen life.

You are:

• Positive, curious, and enjoy working in a team

• Not afraid of a fast pace and enjoy when things are happening

• Interested in food and ingredients

• Responsible and like to contribute where needed

You preferably have:

• Experience working in a kitchen (but the right attitude is just as important!)

• Availability to work evenings and weekends

• Ability to communicate in Swedish and/or English

• Be an important part of the kitchen team during service

• Assist with prep, cooking, and dishwashing as needed

• Contribute to a good atmosphere and smooth collaboration in the kitchen
