We are looking for a requirements analyst.

Assignment Description

In this role, you will analyze the business needs and translate them into clear and testable system requirements that can be understood by both developers and testers. You will conduct requirements gathering in close collaboration with the business, the development team, and internal and external stakeholders. You are responsible for documenting the requirements to ensure traceability during changes and further development, as well as keeping the requirement documentation up to date. The work takes place in cross-functional teams, both in management and in project form.

Mandatory Requirements

• You have worked as a Requirements Analyst for at least 5 years in the last 6 years.
• You have experience conducting requirements interviews and meetings.
• You have experience leading and facilitating workshops.
• You have experience conducting investigations and feasibility studies.
• You have experience coordinating and documenting both functional and non-functional requirements.
• You have experience coordinating and documenting business rules related to requirements.
• You have worked in Azure DevOps.
• You have good knowledge of the Swedish language.
• You must commit to undergoing a security clearance according to the Security Protection Act.

Desirable

• You should have an academic degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
• You have experience in information modeling.
• You have worked with Modern Requirements.
