We are now looking for nursing assistants/caregivers for the home care service in Sveg. Together with your colleagues, you will take responsibility for the services to be provided during a work shift. We work based on a fixed care contact, where you, as a caregiver, are an important link between the various care providers and relatives.

This is a temporary position until 2026-09-30, with a chance of extension. Start date by agreement.

Job Responsibilities

The tasks consist of work efforts in the client's home according to assistance decisions (SOL) and care plans (HSL). You will perform planned interventions based on the client's needs and individual implementation plans.

  • You will work with relevant tasks within care and support based on a salutogenic approach.
  • You are closest to the resident and thus have a key role in the team with the nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist.
  • You will participate in care planning and social documentation.
  • You will contribute to the development of the service and work with our values, which are an important part of elderly care.

The work involves day and evening shifts as well as every other weekend.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Trained nursing assistant or caregiver with experience in care and support work.

Meritorious:

  • Experience in home care.
  • Driving license B.

Desirable:

  • Experience working with VIVA and Intraphone, as well as with the quality register BPSD.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
