Welcome to the Dialysis Unit - a well-functioning workplace with a high level of satisfaction and a good working environment. We are quick to embrace the latest in dialysis care and are passionate about development. The unit is staffed by about 30 competent employees in the professional categories of nurses, secretaries, nursing assistants, and doctors.
The unit consists of a dialysis department with space for 27 patients in hemodialysis, PD reception, kidney failure, and kidney reception. We also have a self-dialysis unit and perform emergency dialysis in ICU and HIA. Access to a dietitian, social worker, and physiotherapist is available.
Working hours are scheduled Monday to Saturday from 7 AM to 4 PM. Currently, work is required every 4th Saturday, which may change based on the needs of the operation.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Standard nursing tasks within hemodialysis.
We offer extensive onboarding, at least 8 weeks according to a well-developed introduction concept, where you gradually learn the different parts of dialysis. You will have your own mentor responsible for your onboarding.
QUALIFICATIONS
Licensed nurse.
We are looking for someone who sees it as a given to work in a team, who believes in development and utilizing the patient's own resources. Experience in dialysis and kidney care and/or work in another healthcare unit is advantageous but not required. Personal qualities are highly valued.
