Are you ready for a job where you have the opportunity to truly make a difference in people's everyday lives? Then you might be the one we are looking for as a summer substitute in health and medical care at Bergs Municipality.

Job Responsibilities

As a substitute nurse/district nurse within health and medical care, you will be responsible for our overall health and medical care work, in close collaboration with nursing assistants, caregivers, rehabilitation staff, managers, and more. Your tasks include specific nursing care, medical interventions, prescriptions, delegations, preventive measures, and documentation. Additionally, it may also involve supervising other nursing staff. An important part of this is to ensure that nursing work is conducted in a salutogenic and preventive manner.

Qualifications

To be considered for the summer substitute position, you need to be a licensed nurse or district nurse. If you also have specialist training in elderly care, it is an advantage. Previous experience as a nurse or district nurse, especially within municipal elderly care, is desirable. You need to have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. A driver's license for a passenger car (B license) is a requirement.

Bergs Municipality is a Sámi administrative municipality, and we therefore see it as an advantage if you have knowledge of the South Sámi language and culture.
