RESPONSIBILITIES
We are currently seeking a Nurse for the short-term ward Eken at Nyviksvägens SÄBO.

Job Duties:
As a nurse in our municipality, you will work on a short-term ward. You work independently but in close collaboration with unit managers, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, social workers, nursing assistants, and other nursing staff. Collaboration with primary care is also part of the work. You are responsible for and involved in care planning together with inpatient care and primary care. Working hours are based on 6-week roster periods with weekend shifts every 6th week across all our home care areas and special housing facilities in Ragunda Municipality.
As a nurse working day/evening/night/weekend shifts, you share responsibility with a colleague for our special housing facilities, home healthcare, and assignments via the medical advice service during evenings, weekends, and nights.
The positions are permanent (100%) with a start date to be agreed upon. A probationary period may apply.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with a degree in nursing. We prefer candidates with specialist training in geriatric care, district nursing, or other specialist training.
The position requires a valid Class B driver's license.
Experience in municipal healthcare is an asset. Other specialist training, e.g., geriatric nursing, or other relevant further education, is also advantageous.

You are unpretentious and recognize and reward the contributions of others. You also have the ability to plan and organize your work. You find it easy to set goals, organize resources, follow up, and complete activities.
