We are now looking for nursing assistants/care assistants for home care in Sveg. Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for the services to be provided during a work shift. We work based on a fixed care contact where you, as a caregiver, are an important link between the various care providers and relatives.

Start date according to agreement.

Job Responsibilities

The tasks consist of work efforts in the client's home according to assistance decisions (SOL) and care plans (HSL). As a nursing assistant, you will perform planned services based on the client's needs and individual implementation plans.

• You will work with various tasks within care and support based on a salutogenic approach.
• You are closest to the resident and thus have a key role in the team with the nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist.
• You will participate in care planning and social documentation.
• You will contribute to the development of the service and work with our core values, which are an important part of elderly care.

The work involves day and evening shifts as well as every other weekend.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Trained nursing assistant or care assistant with experience in care and support.
• Driver's license B.

Meritorious:

• Experience in home care.

Desirable:

• Experience with VIVA and Intraphone as well as the quality register BPSD.
