JOB DESCRIPTION

Working in our staffing pool means that you can work everything from occasional shifts now and then to a longer period on schedule. Our substitutes are a very valuable asset for us that cover for regular staff during their absence. We are looking for you who have the opportunity to work in the summer of 2026, but we are also looking for hourly substitutes who can start working already now.

To thrive as a substitute, it is important that you are flexible and responsible. You have a positive attitude and a genuine interest in people. Regardless of the area you work in, you are expected to act as a good representative for the municipality.

We are looking for substitutes for our operations in Bräcke, Gällö, and Kälarne, primarily within:

• Care and nursing - nursing assistants, caregivers, personal assistants.
• School and childcare - leisure, preschool, and school (qualified and unqualified).
• School kitchen - chefs and meal staff.
• Cleaning - cleaners.

QUALIFICATIONS

• If you have relevant education for example in care and nursing, children and leisure, preschool teacher, leisure educator, or teacher, it is an advantage.
• Previous experience of work in similar operations is an advantage.
• A B driver's license is required for work in home care and night patrol.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• A criminal record extract is required for work in school and childcare.
