We are now looking for two dental hygienists for Folktandvården Campus

Here, we offer work for those who have experience and are confident in their professional role, as well as for newly graduated dental hygienists. At FTV Campus, all treatments that general dental care can provide are performed for all ages. Our modern clinic is staffed by a wonderful team of 20 people. The workplace has 14 treatment rooms and is characterized by a good working environment with a team that has great team spirit and a positive work climate.

Folktandvården Campus was inaugurated in 2012 and is located in the campus area in central Östersund. The campus has unique, modern, and fresh facilities housed in a heritage-listed building.

The clinic strives for collaboration within and between all professional groups to provide patients with the best possible care. The staff at the clinic is a mix of experienced and younger colleagues in all professional groups.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The work at the clinics is varied. The position includes all tasks within the dental hygienist's area of competence. You perform examinations, identify, assess, and plan appropriate oral health care interventions. You work independently with both children and adults, as well as in outreach activities.

Working hours vary, and the degree of employment can vary. If you are newly graduated, you will receive support/guidance from an experienced dental hygienist.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed dental hygienist. We seek someone who takes personal responsibility for their work, where goals, results, and quality are important guiding principles for both your efforts and priorities, while also considering the best interests of the entire organization in actions and decisions. To succeed in this role, you need to have a confident and professional demeanor. You have a good ability to communicate with patients and colleagues and are good at collaborating both in the team and in the larger group. Caring and service are a natural part of your work, and it is a given for you to involve the patient in possible treatment options.

Furthermore, you are good at organizing and prioritizing work effectively. It is an advantage if you have experience with the T4 data system and experience in pediatric/geriatric dental care. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Folktandvården in the region has fifteen general dental care clinics, of which four clinics are located in the Östersund area and the rest in other parts of the county. In Östersund, there is hospital and specialist dental care, which is also part of Folktandvården's operations.
