The rehabilitation unit is part of the social administration. In the rehabilitation unit, we work closely with other staff within care and support in the municipality's special accommodations, short-term accommodations, home healthcare, and home services, as well as for individuals receiving services under LSS. The rehabilitation unit operates throughout Härjedalen and is based in the locations of Funäsdalen, Hede, and Sveg.

Selection and interviews will take place continuously during the application period. Start date as soon as possible or by agreement. Location: Sveg

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide good and safe care in all stages of life and identify and actively prevent health risks.
  • Be responsible for performing physiotherapeutic assessments and follow-ups based on the individual's needs and conditions.
  • Maintain close, team-based collaboration with occupational therapists, nurses, case managers, care staff, and relatives.
  • Documentation in the journal systems Viva and Cosmic.

The work requires independence as you will structure and plan your workdays on your own. Working hours are weekdays during the day.

As a physiotherapist, your work is characterized by a salutogenic approach with the individual user in focus. We work from a person-centered perspective and are an important part of the development and transition towards good and close care, where we increase focus on health-promoting and preventive work.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Licensed physiotherapist or physical therapist.
  • Driving license B.

Meritorious:

  • Previous experience from municipal operations.

In addition to the appropriate educational level and experience, great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
