The primary care in Region Jämtland Härjedalen is organizationally part of the Division of Close Care together with Ambulance, Public Dental Care, Psychiatry, and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Primary care is organized into 4 local care areas, and since January 2022, primary care and ambulance services have been integrated under good and close care. Each local care area is an economic unit led by a manager. Primary care is also responsible for the region's medical advice, youth reception, and the local care department Näva, all of which are grant-funded.

Odensala Health Center is now looking for a curious PTP psychologist! Our Health Center is located just south of the city center. It is a pleasant workplace that feels familiar despite its size, with about 12,000 registered patients and around 65 employees. We value each other's expertise and create good conditions for the patient. Here, general practitioners, district nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nursing assistants, and medical secretaries work together. We also have BVC/MVC as part of the Family Center Trädet, staffed with pediatric nurses and midwives. The health center also has a psychosocial reception with several psychologists. Additionally, we have a rehabilitation coordinator who works in the team around the sick leave process. The health center has two dedicated unit managers with shared leadership. RESPONSIBILITIES

As a PTP psychologist at Odensala Health Center, you will play a very important role in assessing and treating adult patients with mild to moderate mental health issues. You will work based on evidence-based methods individually, in groups, and via the internet. We have a well-functioning multimodal team where psychologists collaborate with rehabilitation coordinators, occupational therapists, social workers, physiotherapists, and doctors.

It is important for us that you as a PTP psychologist receive a good introduction to the psychology profession. Region Jämtland Härjedalen has a well-regarded PTP program with a clinical focus and is a pleasant team with an open and rewarding work climate where we care about each other's work situations.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a psychology degree with a CBT focus, who is ambitious, curious, and engaged. You enjoy working in a team, dare to ask questions, have drive, and like development. You are solution-focused and see opportunities. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
