JOB DESCRIPTION

Due to planned retirements, we are now looking for two responsible nurses to join our HSL team!

With us, you will be welcomed by friendly colleagues with varying lengths of experience in municipal care and support, where we work to support and help each other. Together, we form a good team of permanent staff consisting of evening/night, day, and resource nurses, cognitive support teams, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, rehab assistants, business developers/system managers, MAS, and operations managers.

Important for us in our team is good collaboration, balance between demands and conditions. The patient is in focus, and we enjoy laughing and having fun together at work. We are each other's work environment, which is a prioritized area for the operations manager. Leadership based on trust and confidence, with the well-being of employees in focus.

Tallgläntan special housing consists of two departments with 13 places each. In the role of nursing responsible nurse, you will be responsible for one department. The work involves standard nursing tasks with the individual's needs at the center, where you, among other things, assess, plan, implement, and lead treatment for patients together with other professionals. Teamwork together with nursing staff, unit manager, and rehab. Very close cooperation with the other nurse at the special housing and the nurse in home care.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse; further education and/or experience in the profession is an advantage. The work requires you to be attentive to individual needs, flexible, responsible, and cooperative. Ability to lead staff, provide them with support and advice on matters related to the profession. A positive attitude and good treatment of both colleagues and patients and relatives are important. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

A valid driver's license (B) is required as it may need to be used in the job. Ability to express yourself well both orally and in writing in Swedish. Curious and want to know more about the position, call us and we will tell you more.
