At Forenede Care, we are looking for you as a nursing assistant/care assistant who wants to work during all or part of the summer at our cozy nursing home Brunkullan in Östersund.

As a nursing assistant/care assistant with us at Forenede Care, you will provide good care, service, and support to our residents.

Every day at Forenede Care, you will help shape the future of elderly care together with knowledgeable and dedicated colleagues.

Brunkullan is a special accommodation with 18 places distributed over 3 departments. The residence is located in Odensala, close to Lillsjön and beautiful walking paths.

With us, you will have competent and dedicated managers who support and develop you in your role as a nursing assistant/care assistant and in your development at Forenede Care. We run a company where you grow together with us.

In the position as a nursing assistant/care assistant with us, you will perform care and support based on the customer's wishes, and in accordance with applicable assistance decisions with a strong focus on quality. This is done, for example, by performing personal hygiene, assisting with meal preparation and serving, responding to alarms, and social interaction. Social interaction can include conversations, games, music activities, or similar. You will also perform delegated tasks from licensed staff in the form of medication administration and training.

To be considered for the position, you need:

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing

We also see it as an advantage if you have previous experience in elderly care and dementia care.

Before we offer employment, you must present an unopened extract from the police criminal record. We also request proof of a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or approved work permit from the Migration Agency. If you are a nursing assistant, you need to show a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare.
