JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In your role as an employee with us, you will work with personal care, daily tasks such as cleaning and laundry, social activities, medication management, and advocacy roles. The work also includes active case management, implementation plans, and social documentation.

Our operations run day, evening, and night, both weekdays and weekends. In Kälarne, you will become part of a fantastic team consisting of nursing assistants, care assistants, nurses, rehabilitation staff, and unit managers. We have a close collaboration here in Kälarne between the elderly care home Tallgläntan, home care, and the night patrol.

In Bräcke municipality, we apply the desired employment rate within the care and social department. We offer you a permanent position at 100% as a base, but you choose the employment rate you want.

QUALIFICATIONS

It is an advantage if you are a trained nursing assistant and have experience in case management, implementation plans, BPSD, and are familiar with the LifeCare systems. To thrive in the role, it is important that you have good planning and collaboration skills. The work requires that you can take initiative and be self-driven and flexible. You are responsible and committed, have a good sense of service and communication skills.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, especially regarding attitude and positive mindset.

If you are a trained nursing assistant, you need to prove this with a professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare.

Possible probationary employment applies for 6 months.
