Where you will work

Bangårdsgatan is a special accommodation for the elderly in central Östersund. Bangårdsgatan opened in the spring of 2023 and has 80 places spread over four floors. As a nurse with us, you will work alongside the operations manager, deputy operations manager, nurses, team leaders, and licensed staff from Östersund municipality.

Who are you?

You are responsible, independent, and confident in making priorities and leading others. You enjoy mentoring staff in health and medical care issues, are unpretentious, and are motivated by organizing care in the best way together with your colleagues.

In your role, you will have continuous dialogue with relatives and inform them of changes in health status. You collaborate with colleagues, doctors, and possibly others, both internal and external contacts, to ensure good care.

Job description

We are currently looking for nurses for full-time/part-time summer positions.

• Licensed nurse

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form

• Working hours Monday-Friday 7 AM - 4 PM

Meritorious

We would like you to have previous experience in elderly care.

To thrive in the position, you are engaged and care about your fellow human beings while being good at creating good relationships and being service-oriented. With us, we work in teams as well as independently, so it is important that you are comfortable in that environment.

Before we offer employment, you will need to show an unopened extract from the police's criminal record. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or approved work permit from the Migration Agency.
