We are now looking for a nursing assistant for a night position at 70%.

This position requires you to have the courage to make decisions in tough situations and the ability to communicate effectively. You will handle long distances and winter driving at night, and you will be part of a strong team where good collaboration skills are crucial. If you enjoy working in a team, have experience handling challenging working conditions, and are stress-resistant - then this could be the right position for you!

Start date 2026-04-01 or by agreement.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently during the night; both in the nursing home and in home care.
• Communicate with colleagues and supervisors as needed.
• Maintain safety and quality in the workplace.
• Work closely with a team that has strong knowledge in care and nursing.

Working hours are from 21:00 to 07:00.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Nursing assistant education.
• Driver's license B.

Meritorious:

• Experience in night work or on-call duty.
• Experience in winter driving.
• Flexibility and the ability to work during inconvenient hours.
