We are now expanding the Personnel Pool, a unit that provides shared personnel resources primarily in the areas of surgery, medicine, and orthopedics at Östersund Hospital.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a member of the personnel pool, you will meet patients in the areas of medicine, surgery, and orthopedics. You will receive training at each workplace you work at.
The position involves rotating shifts during the day, evening, and night. There is also the possibility to work solely as a night nurse. Scheduling in consultation with your manager provides good opportunities to influence when you work and how your leisure time looks.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with experience in medicine, surgery, or orthopedics. Experience in several of these areas is an advantage. You see it as a given to work in a team and contribute to Region Jämtland Härjedalen as a whole. You believe in development and the possibilities of healthcare. Working person-centered with the patient in focus is natural for you.
As a person, you are attentive, flexible, and responsible. You have good collaboration skills and enjoy changes.
We place high demands on your nursing competence and your ability to adapt to new tasks and situations; in return, we offer compensation well adapted for the assignment.
You share the values of Region Jämtland Härjedalen. The following is also advantageous:
- Previous experience as a management nurse.
- Specialist training or other further education.
