JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nursing assistant/caretaker at Thomégården, you play a key role in ensuring that operations run smoothly. You will work closely with the team to plan and follow up on various tasks and interventions. One of the main tasks is to ensure that the operations provide good care and support according to the Social Services Act and the Health and Medical Services Act. The work is scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Personal care
• Delegated tasks according to HSL
• Documentation
• Participating in team and deviation meetings, responsible for minutes
• Being active in workplace meetings
• Involved in the work around our quality systems
• Working according to implementation plans and response plans
• Being aware of and following the applicable laws, policies, and routines of the operations

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

• Nursing assistant education or has started their nursing assistant education.
• Experience as a caregiver.
• Experience working in assisted living.
• Experience using journal systems and other relevant digital tools for documentation.
• Basic knowledge of medication management, including administration and documentation regarding medications.
• Knowledge of, for example, wound care and hygiene routines.
