RESPONSIBILITIES

The role of the career and study advisor involves working with guiding conversations regarding orientation choices, individual choices, and other areas concerning students' high school years, guiding conversations about post-secondary studies, as well as other common tasks such as study meetings, participation in parent meetings, and providing information to students. The role also includes having an active role in the student health work at the school.

The position encompasses three units: Wämöskolan, International School of Karlskrona, and Aklejaskolan. You will be based at Wämöskolan and ISK, which share facilities. Therefore, you need to be able to express yourself in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a university degree and completed training as a career and study advisor.

Driver's license B is required.

You should also have documented experience from career and study advisory assignments.

We are looking for someone who has the ability to organize and structure work effectively. You are good at prioritizing tasks and coordinating resources to achieve short- and long-term goals.
