Job Responsibilities

As a support assistant with us, you will work to create quality of life and as independent a life as possible for our participants. Singing, music, and movement are as common elements in your workday as working with clarifying pedagogy and establishing and following implementation plans.

I can - Through signs, pictures, body language, and other aids, you make everyday life and tasks clear for our participants.

I want - You inspire and engage our participants to find the feeling of wanting to do things themselves.

I dare - With encouragement and compassion, you transfer courage to our participants so they dare to stand on stage and perform.

Qualifications

You have a high school diploma from the health and care program or have studied the child and leisure program with a focus on social and pedagogical work.

In addition to a creative ability in music, you also need to have experience meeting people with mental health issues and intellectual disabilities and/or autism. Additionally, you have specialized in piano/keyboard and have a B driver's license.

If you have experience working in psychiatry and knowledge of Logic Pro, that would be excellent.
