JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
At the Individual and Family Administration, we are now looking for a social worker who is passionate about supporting children aged 0-21 and their families. Our goal is to always strive to help people live their lives with their own strength through a strong focus on high quality and individualized interventions.
With us, you will work both independently and in teams with the goal that all our children and families are met with respect, are involved, and have influence, and that their and their network's resources are utilized - always with the child's safety, security, and best interests as the starting point. Your tasks include:
- Responsibility and planning for cases in accordance with applicable legislation and the unit's routines
- Follow-up of granted interventions such as internal and external placements, intensive home solutions, and other outpatient care
- Building strong and sustainable solutions using Signs of Safety and BBiC
- Regular documentation
- Independent work and teamwork, as well as collaboration with other partners

Requirements for the position
- Degree in Social Work or other higher education that can be assessed as equivalent
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
- Good computer skills
- Driver's license (B) and ability to drive a car
- Knowledge of the legislation SoL and LVU
Desirable competencies
Experience of authority exercise in the area of children and youth is highly desirable. It is also desirable to have training and experience in BBiC and Lifecare, as well as in Signs of Safety and MI. We would also like you to have knowledge of domestic violence and honor-related violence and oppression.
The safety and security of children are our highest priority in the operation. To be considered for a position within the Individual and Family Administration's operations for children, a certificate from the police's suspicion and criminal record must be presented. The certificate will be presented only upon an offer of employment.
