Assistant Needed for Our Client in Tågarp

We are looking for a new assistant for our client, a 36-year-old man living in Tågarp. We prefer candidates who have previous experience in assistance and knowledge of autism. Our client is already surrounded by a fantastic team of assistants, and we are looking for someone who can become part of this team.

Our client lives independently in his apartment, is quite strong, has a strong personality, and a will of his own. Therefore, it is important that you are quick, understanding, and physically fit! During the summer, he loves to mow his lawn! You will be involved in all aspects of the client's daily life, including household chores, cooking, and activities. Our client enjoys being outdoors, swimming, and amusement rides.

Role and Experience of the Assistant

We are looking for someone who wants to work with individuals with disabilities. You should be direct in your communication, positive with your own drive, active, and creative. Resourceful yet reliable and responsible. There are great opportunities for an active day where your drive and creativity can make a difference in the client's daily life.

We seek someone who can be responsible for the client's activities on weekdays, which means you need to be clear in your communication, structured, and patient. It is essential that you are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, as communication is a significant part of your job. It is crucial that you have experience with autism and working with individuals with disabilities.

There are pets in the home, so you cannot have any allergies to animals to work here. The most important thing is your personality and willingness to meet the client's needs.

More information will be provided during a potential interview. Training and orientation will take place at the workplace.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with autism.
• Swedish language skills in speech and writing.
• Experience with disabilities.
• Driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are required, as there are no good public transport options to the client's home.

Working Hours/Employment Rate

• Full-time position.
• Weekdays Monday to Friday 9 AM to 4 PM.
• Start as soon as possible.
