We are a wonderful team of about 12 people who together take care of our 3,700 registered patients – from the first visit to all stages of life. No day is like the other here, and we like it that way! Our everyday life is full of variety, collaboration, and laughter. We are looking for a new colleague as one of our doctors is retiring.

Your Role

Are you a specialist in general medicine and eager for a job where both heart and mind have a place? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

At Ljungby Health Center, you will have a varied job where you meet patients of all ages – from toddlers to seniors – and handle both scheduled and urgent visits. You will work closely with nurses, nursing assistants, rehab coordinators, and psychosocial resources, and we enjoy thinking together!

We believe in work-life balance, so you have the opportunity to influence your schedule. This fall, we will be using the digital tool Tandem for documentation – records, referrals, and medical certificates – which makes the work smooth and efficient.

If you enjoy sharing your knowledge, there may also be opportunities to mentor ST doctors and AT doctors. We are on assignment from Region Kronoberg.

About You

We are looking for someone who is a specialist in general medicine – and who wants to make a real difference.

To be considered for the position, you need to be a trained general specialist. Previous experience from a health center is a plus, but the most important thing for us is your attitude. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality care, has a holistic perspective, and always puts the patient at the center.

We value teamwork, curiosity, and initiative. As a person, you are clear, confident, and structured – and you find it easy to prioritize even when the pace is high. You enjoy challenges, want to help develop our operations, and see collaboration with colleagues as a natural part of the job.
