Holmen Timber refines timber from Swedish forests and develops new smart ways to build in wood. At our sawmill facility in Bygdsiljum, we produce sawn and further processed products from the forests of Västerbotten. Holmen's subsidiary, Martinsons Building Systems, then uses our products to build multi-family houses, offices, halls, and bridges.

Your Future Challenge

In the role of production planner for sawn goods, you will work broadly with a focus on ensuring the right product is delivered with the right quality at the right time.

Your daily work will involve coordinating production to meet external and internal needs for sawn goods. Furthermore, in the role of production planner for sawn goods, you will among other things: Coordinate internal raw material needs and be responsible for an internal raw material order. Monitor quality outcomes to ensure they meet expected results. Actively work on improvement projects.

To Succeed in the Role

To succeed in this role, we see that you have a high school education and preferably work experience in production planning and/or quality. A university degree, vocational school, or other further education is an advantage. You should be proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

As a person, you are structured and analytical with a sense of good order. You have a positive attitude, are service-oriented, and can occasionally switch work pace. You are a good communicator as the position involves large contact areas, both internally and externally. You are driven by working with customer focus towards results.
