Holmen Timber processes timber from Swedish forests and develops new smart ways to build with wood. At our sawmill facility in Bygdsiljum, we produce sawn and further processed products from Västerbotten's forests. Then Holmen's subsidiary, Martinsons Building Systems, uses our products to build multi-family houses, offices, halls, and bridges.

Your Future Challenge

In the role of production planner for sawn goods, you will work broadly with a focus on delivering the right product with the right quality at the right time.

Your daily work involves coordinating production to meet external and internal needs for sawn goods. Furthermore, in the role of production planner for sawn goods, you will among other things: Coordinate internal raw material needs and be responsible for an internal raw material order. Monitor quality outcomes to ensure they meet expected results. Actively work in improvement projects.

To Succeed in the Role

To succeed in the role, we see that you have a high school education and preferably work experience in production planning and/or quality. A university degree, vocational education, or other further education is an advantage. You should master Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.

As a person, you are structured and analytical with a sense of good order. You have a positive attitude, are service-oriented, and can occasionally switch work pace. You are a good communicator as the position involves large contact areas, both internally and externally. You are driven by working with customer focus towards a result.
