Do you want to be part of the journey to create a robust, safe, and sustainable water and sewage operation? Then you might be the person we are looking for as a security coordinator/operational security specialist.

We are looking for an engaged employee for the Business Area Water-Sewage unit Customer and Operations Support. The unit currently consists of 10 employees who report directly to the Business Area Manager. Within the unit, there is a group that provides operational support to the business area's other units Pipeline Networks, Water, Sewage, in matters concerning environment, processes, electricity/control, and projects, as well as security. There is also a group that handles customer inquiries. Within the company, there is a network for issues related to security and information security where collaboration and experience exchange takes place between the different business areas.

The Role of Security Coordinator

The world is changing and placing increasing demands on essential services to take expanded measures to protect facilities, information, and personnel. New EU directives and Swedish legislation in the area of security and information security will soon come into force. Lidköping Miljö och Teknik AB (Limtab) therefore needs to strengthen its capabilities in these areas.

As a security coordinator/operational security specialist within the Business Area Water Sewage at Lidköping miljö och teknik AB (Limtab), you will contribute to the long-term strategic work while ensuring that the plans become a reality in practice. The emphasis is on implementation, follow-up, and creating structure.

Responsibilities

You will among other things:

• be a link between Limtab's overall security coordinator and the operations within the Business Area Water Sewage, as well as be the business area's representative in the company's security group
• conduct/participate in risk and vulnerability analyses, propose, plan, and independently implement decided activities within the security area
• work with the business area's information security issues
• in collaboration with the company's security coordinator, develop specific routines and standards, for example for physical security, and various work processes within the business area
• support project managers to ensure that security issues are handled systematically and correctly in the various stages of projects
• support the operations organization and other disciplines in the business in security issues, information security, physical security, and technical security systems
• be responsible for fire protection within the business area
• be the system administrator for our technical security systems
• contribute to creating a security mindset and a security culture within the business area

Qualifications

Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities

We are looking for someone who has:

• experience and a strong interest in security work
• relevant higher education or university degree, or equivalent experience
• driver's license B

It is advantageous if you have:

• experience in security work from a similar role and from a similar technical operation
• knowledge of relevant legislation
