As a security guard at Avarn Security, you have an important mission to create safety and maintain order in public and private environments. The job involves preventing and managing situations that may threaten safety, as well as intervening in disturbances in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for controlling access, monitoring areas, and ensuring that visitors comply with established rules of conduct. The role also includes handling conflicts in a professional manner, documenting incidents, and collaborating with the police and other authorities when necessary. The work places high demands on judgment, responsibility, and the ability to act calmly and effectively even under pressure. Job responsibilities: As a security guard at Avarn Security, you will contribute to creating safety and service for our customers.

Qualifications: We are looking for trained security guards who are safety-conscious, service-oriented, stress-resistant, and possess an inner sense of security as well as a natural drive to help. You should feel secure in your role as a security guard. It is also important that you are flexible for varying tasks and that you have high communication and collaboration skills. We are looking for someone who is responsible and empathetic and who values consideration and honesty. A good camaraderie makes it easy to have fun while we work! Experience in the profession is seen as a positive, but is not a requirement.

Our general requirements for applicants are:

• must be without a criminal record (a legal compliance check will be conducted before employment is finalized)
• drug-free
• high school diploma with passing grades in at least Swedish 1
• good Swedish and English in speech and writing
• good health and physical condition
• organized finances
• driver's license B

For these positions, you must already be a trained security guard with an active security guard permit!
