About me

I am a boy of about 2 years old who has Treacher Collins, a tracheostomy, and a feeding tube (button on my stomach). I live in Trelleborg with my family, which consists of my mom, dad, and two siblings aged 12 and 8 years.

About you

I am looking for someone with a big heart and a good sense of humor. I want you to be a creative person with a childlike spirit. You should be kind, caring, and self-assured. You need to be proactive, meticulous, and responsible.

Your task will be to assist me in and outside the home, closely connected to family members, relatives, and friends. My assistants also accompany me when I go to preschool. Therefore, it is important that you are flexible and attentive. You should be able to collaborate, as I need double assistance around the clock, with awake night shifts.

Requirements

• You must have a very good command of the Swedish language in speech.

• You must be smoke-free during working hours.

Meritorious

• It is an advantage, but not a requirement, if you have experience working with tracheostomies.

• It is an advantage, but not a requirement, if you have experience working with younger children.

The greatest emphasis will be placed on personal chemistry.

We are looking for hourly substitutes who can start now but also during the summer.

Hourly employment as needed. Day and night shifts.

Varied working hours day/evening/weekend and night.

Example: Day shift 08-20, Night shift 20-08.

The role of a personal assistant

As a personal assistant, you represent Hela Sveriges Assistans. In the role of a personal assistant, you will complete an online training course on what it is like to work as a personal assistant. Together with the client and your colleagues, you will strive for good quality and follow the company's values and policies.

As a personal assistant, you are responsible for accessing information sent out by the head office, and if necessary, seeking information available on the website. For other questions, you should contact your supervisor or the head office.

Before we offer employment, you must present an unopened extract/digital mailbox from the police's criminal record. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or an approved work permit from the Migration Agency.

We train our employees to ensure the quality of personal assistance. All our new hires undergo a web-based introductory training for personal assistants before their first working day, or no later than one month after starting employment.
