We are now looking for an open, cheerful, and positive assistant for a 20-year-old girl in Kävlinge.

Here, you will be part of a small and dedicated team of important people who ensure that she can live an active, joyful, and meaningful life. We are looking for a woman. Previous experience in personal assistance, schools/kindergartens, or other work with children/youth is advantageous but not a requirement. Through an introduction, we will help you feel secure in our work and in the group. The girl has double assistance, so you never work alone but have the support of a colleague.

We are looking for someone who is an engaged, warm, and secure assistant at a working rate of about 20%. Work shifts are scheduled every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday. It may occur that you need to step in as a substitute during weekdays (daytime/evening) for absences or illness.

As an assistant, your tasks include everything from personal hygiene, care, communication, training, and activities. The family lives within walking distance from Kävlinge train station, so commuting is not a problem!

Who will you be working with?

I am a cheerful 20-year-old girl living with my family in Kävlinge. I am active with horseback riding, swimming, and music therapy on my weekly schedule. You need to feel comfortable in the water, and a requirement is that you must be a good swimmer since swimming is one of my biggest interests! Additionally, I love horseback riding, so you should not be afraid of horses for that simple reason.

During weekends and holidays, I enjoy finding fun activities and going on trips. As an assistant, you have an influence in my daily life and help me maintain an active life, which I truly appreciate. Music is my passion: I regularly attend music therapy, I love listening to music, and I have several different instruments. You do not need to be musically skilled, but you are welcome to enjoy joking and singing with me and being yourself.

We appreciate if you are flexible and have a good work ethic. In my assistance group, we help each other, and it is important to give and take. We are a wonderful and fun group that creates many enjoyable (and unforgettable) memories together!

The most important thing that will determine this is that the chemistry between you and me is right!
