We offer you a responsible job where you, together with your colleagues, have the opportunity to develop an operation focused on our elderly. We are now looking for several care assistants and personal support workers for our operations in Djurö.

Your Mission

In the role of Care Assistant/Personal Support Worker within home care, you will work with something of the best and most enriching there is – making everyday life meaningful for the retirees in Värmdö. Being professional is just as much about a good approach and understanding of other people's needs and feelings as it is about working with care tasks and service. We work a lot on maintaining a professional approach both towards our customers and within the work group.

Your Experience

We are looking for someone who is a trained Care Assistant or Personal Support Worker and has previous experience working in home care and/or elderly care. You should be able to speak and understand Swedish well and also express yourself well in writing, as communication is an important need for our elderly. You must be at least 18 years old. A valid B driver's license is desirable and highly meritorious.

The positions are temporary with varying degrees of employment, during days/evenings and weekends. For this position, a valid extract from the police's criminal record is a prerequisite for employment. Language tests may occur during this recruitment.
