About the position

As a nurse with us, you will perform health and medical care tasks for patients in their own homes.

Your main tasks will consist of being responsible for our patients' health and medical care needs at the nursing level. In the assignment, you will make assessments based on the current health condition and follow up on medical treatment and nursing interventions. Part of the assignment is to document and ensure information transfer for the individual. In the role, you will lead the nursing work and support patients towards a meaningful everyday life.

You will have close collaboration with colleagues, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, doctors at the health center, and other care staff.

About you

For this position, you need to:

• Be a licensed nurse
• Have a driver's license for a car

Meritorious for the position:

• Experience in elderly care

As the work of a nurse is an independent job, you need to be confident in your profession, take responsibility, and have a reflective approach.

Since a large part of the work involves supervising nursing staff, it is important that you enjoy conveying instructions to others in a pedagogical manner. You have good communication skills and can adapt your information according to the situation and the patient's needs.

You are adaptable and can adjust your working methods based on changing conditions and new information, and you see opportunities in changes. Since you will meet many different types of people, it is important that you can collaborate easily and always put the patient in focus.
